Workflow allows you to build simple and complex multi-stage workflows via iD’s intuitive "drag and drop" interface with no technical knowledge required. You can create workflow rules whereby Online Forms take a different route based on the choices made by the submitter.
Custom email notifications for each stage
Create custom email messages for different workflow stages and apply security permissions to Online Forms and workflows so that only set users can access, submit and process forms through different stages of the workflow.
Manage the front end with My Forms
